Don't Lie, be totally honest at your interview, they will find out anyway and then your chances of being granted your gc are nill to none. Only answer the questions they ask you, don't offer any other information that they don't specifically ask you, keep your answers short and sweet. I just had my interview a few weeks ago, they will most likely let you know it there is going to be a problem with your arrest then. Good Luck, Why would you deliberately break the law when you are soooo close??
References :
Are you kidding me?, they will know, it's the INS for God's sake. Don't start your citizenship as a liar. There are enough liars in this country as it is. If it ruins your chances, or causes it to be delayed....you did it to yourself. Don't make it worse by being a liar too.
References :
If you lie, that is committing perjury, and that particular felony is grounds for revoking any application for immigration or citizenship, deportation and a bar to re-entry. They will find out. They run your fingerprints, drivers license, etc. through DMV and FBI databases. Fess up.
References :
Sure, what a great way to start your citizenship with a lie and breaking the law!
Why not fess up - it looks better for your character -
If they find out anyway, which they will, your citizenship will be revoked and you will be deported immediately - so why risk it?
References :
Report and Deport!

You could but the information that you would have filled in the forms regarding the days that you were out would change. This change should not have any effect, just that let the interviewer know about it. The total days in the last one year that you are out of the country should not exceed more than six months.
Also make sure that you make it back for the interview and not miss it. Missing it or seeking another interview date because of your travel could push your case out of the queue and may take as long as six months to a year to get another date.
References :
I don't see why it would be a problem unless that puts you over the limit of days you can be out of the country while on a green card before you apply for citizenship. I think you should have spent no more than six months in a one year period...God i just did it and I already forgot...They did ask me how many days had I been outside of the US...Anyways go to this website for more info
References :
http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis

or just give them a call...

I have been to many citizenship interviews, as the legal representative of the applicants. The interview has different components. One is the English proficiency requirement which is fulfilled by speaking enough English to get by the Interview and by writing down 2 or 3 sentences that the officer will dictate to you. They are simple sentences and related to your life circumstances. The other element of the test is the "history" you can check out the 100 sample questions list at the USCIS website. They will only ask you 3 or 4 questions from those.
Then they will review your immigration record to look for the following: have you filed and paid your taxes properly every year since you became a perm res.? Did you become a perm res through a legal basis (and not a sham marriage); Is there anything in your immigration record that would bar you from becoming a citizen (charges of fraud for instance?) did you register for the military if a man under 26 when you came in the USA? and are you a person of good moral character? ( Any arrests, convictions?) Many people don't know that a charge of domestic violence, in most cases, can be a bar to citizenship AND WILL PLACE YOU IN DEPORTATION PROCEEDINGS. If any of these points is a concern to you, then contact an immigration attorney. Its easier to tackle the problem now and not try to deal with it after the interview. Good luck.
References :
Used to practice immigration law when I lived in the USA.
