Don't Lie, be totally honest at your interview, they will find out anyway and then your chances of being granted your gc are nill to none. Only answer the questions they ask you, don't offer any other information that they don't specifically ask you, keep your answers short and sweet. I just had my interview a few weeks ago, they will most likely let you know it there is going to be a problem with your arrest then. Good Luck, Why would you deliberately break the law when you are soooo close??

Are you kidding me?, they will know, it's the INS for God's sake. Don't start your citizenship as a liar. There are enough liars in this country as it is. If it ruins your chances, or causes it to be delayed....you did it to yourself. Don't make it worse by being a liar too.

If you lie, that is committing perjury, and that particular felony is grounds for revoking any application for immigration or citizenship, deportation and a bar to re-entry. They will find out. They run your fingerprints, drivers license, etc. through DMV and FBI databases. Fess up.

Sure, what a great way to start your citizenship with a lie and breaking the law!
Why not fess up - it looks better for your character -
If they find out anyway, which they will, your citizenship will be revoked and you will be deported immediately - so why risk it?
